Restaurant At Suvarnabhumi Airport, Thailand

I am sure all of us are aware that prices of meals in airport restaurants are usually overpriced. Maybe double or more than the normal price. If you are travelling to Bangkok, there is something unique which I have not seen in any other Airports; a cheap restaurant.

This restaurant is on the ground floor. Same floor as the taxi and bus stop

Simple and pleasant

The restaurant is not as posh looking as the others but its very clean, organised and pleasant. Its a self-service foodcourt and has mostly local dishes which you can get in the Tesco foodcourt. There are many varieties to choose from... noodles and rice.

The price are similar to any foodcourt in Tesco.
Noodle soup

Chicken rice

coupons are used to purchase food

Noodles with gravy

Similar to Malaysia's "Bah Kut Teh" (stew pork)

Some of the Thai dishes are accompanied with these stuffs. Self-service. Take as much as you want ... lemon juice, chili, garlic and green chili with vinegar

So the next time you travel into or out of the Bangkok Suvarnabhumi International airport, don't forget to drop by this restaurant to eat something.
