Not So Good News...

The last few weeks has been full of uncertainties.

The reason being.... Hubby's company has been going through some retrenchment exercise and he discovered that he was part of it. Since since he is part of management, he was the first few who knew about it.

Since that day, 6 Oct, we have been waiting, praying, waiting, praying.....

It is now official, as of this morning.

He is jobless. He was given 24 hours notice... or was it few hours. Anyway. He was back since lunch time today.

Its a daunting time but we know that God has a better plan for us... whatever that is.

Our trust is in God.

Will you pray for us?

P.S. Better still if you have a job for my hubby

I feel sorry to hear this bad news. My hubby was retrenched once too, and I perfectly understand how that felt.

Nevertheless, oddly it does seem, when one door closes, another opens. It's true, so just hang in there, and don't let the negative energy overcomes both of you. When you keep filling your mind with positive energy, positive things come your way.

Wish you guys luck.

its not really a good news;-( I know that kind of feeling. though I can't offer any job for your hubby, maybe my prayer will help it though. remember God does not give us a problem if He knows we can't solve it. be positive

sometimes the worst times end up being the best for us...maybe his next job will be so much better? I will pray for your husband wonderful new next job! we think of this "jobless" time for us as a next andventure. But yes it is still a little stressful. I'm sure in the end both of our husbands will have great new and exciting jobs :) God Bless you and your family

Chris & Ivan, sorry to hear about your current situation. We know how that feels. Just hang in there, and as gargies said, one door closes, another opens, how true. Stay positive, be strong and have faith.

Love, Kerwin, Corinne, Tim & Stef

I'm sorry to hear about this. I'll pray that another door opens for him soon.

In the meantime, do stay strong ok? As you know, men are less able to take such life changes compared to women.

Take care!
