Eating Healthily

I have always encouraged my children to eat healthily. Our Jewish friend has just turned vegetarian due to her physical health. Since she has changed her diet, she has been healthy and all the problems she had in her body has vanished in the last 60 days.

So, I have decided that my children and I cultivate good habits of eating. Today, we had salad for breakfast. Surprisingly both of them were such sport. They enjoyed it!
